CQC Report

We suspended our routine inspection programme in March 2020 in response to Covid-19 and do not intend to resume it for the immediate future. We have continued to use a mix of onsite and off-site monitoring to ensure the public have assurance as to the safety and quality of the care they receive. As we emerge from the pandemic we are further developing our monitoring approach. In accordance with this approach we carried out a review of the data available to us about Tilly's HomeCare on 05-08-2021.

Testimonial

As a Dementia Trainer, I am fully committed and passionate about improving practice and the lives of people with dementia. I believe that excellence in dementia care can be demonstrated by recognising people as individuals and treating them with dignity and compassion.

Although a young business, Tilly’s Home Care has already given me the confidence to keep recommending clients to them. They continue to receive on-going professional and personal development to ensure top performance, and are committed to delivering a service of the highest quality. .

Anna and Alison are trained to understand and support clients and families that are affected by Dementia. They understand that helping a person with dementia to live well takes time, techniques and creative tools. By offering their quality service, this will ensure that a person with dementia (from early onset, to the later stages of the condition) can live well.
